This is probably because my printer is not fully dialed in but the 2mm radius worked better. When printing multiple parts the shaft created really bad stringing. Version 7 has a separate shaft which is pushed in after printing. I put the shafts in whilst the base was warm as it is a tight fit and once cool it binds really well. This is the first time I have used Fusion 360 and I hope the hours I spent making these inserts benefit more than me.
