This is a replacement I/O Plate for a VIA EPIA-M10000 ITX motherboard. To get the spring tabs to print correctly, you'll want to use a layer height of 0.1mm. Due to the tight tolerances, some sanding/filing of the outside of the spring tabs may be required for a better fit. Included in the 3dx max source file is a blank plate and several port cutouts to help if you want to build your own I/O plate for another motherboard.
