VFC HK417/ G28 / M110 Magazine to G&G TR16 Low-Cap
thingiverse
Hello, I had feeding issues with my VFC HK417 AEG and it was because of the VFC Mid-Cap Magazine. With these parts you can use the inlays of a G&G TR16 Low Cap magazine without adapting the inlay. All you need is a M3x10 Screw. It also fits into the Hi-Cap Magazine! I use the Specna Arms Maxx Hop-Up Unit and the Hop-Up adapter from Reaper's Airsoft ( https://youtu.be/Vh5B4ntX-Ak?t=2212 ). I don't know how it works with other Hop-Up Units and Adapters, please let me know if you test it. 1. Push the top part into the magazine like you see in the first picture. I designed it to fit very tight. Make sure that there are no blobs or elephant foot on the print. 2. Screw the bottom Part on the inlay. I use thick double-sided tape so the dummy rounds don't rattle in the Magazine. 3. Put the inlay into the Magazine. Be careful with the empty mag indicator. The original base plate should fit now. This should probably also work without the screw, but then the Inlay has some place to move inside the magazine. The G&G inlay is a bit lower like you see in picture 4. So, I had to glue some TPU on the Maxx lever, because I adapted the lever before. Maybe the original Lever works now. If I got time, I am goint to test it with other Maxx Versions. I hope my English is not to bad. Let me know if it worked with which adapter and Hop-Up Unit. If you like my work give a poor student a tip for airsoft ;)
