After studying 15 different FaceShield models available online and collaborating with several Brazilian professionals, we created this display support model. The Faceshield rim consists of one piece printed in 3D, a transparent material plate in two sizes: 240mm and 330mm wide, and an elastic/velcro. Improvements made considering other shared projects: ∞ Printing time has been reduced to up to 1 hour at 50mm/s and 0.4mm nozzle. ∞ Printing time has been reduced to 25 minutes at 40mm/s and 1mm nozzle. ∞ The part is completely solid for resistance and reuse after sanitation. ∞ The design without corners or small cracks allows easy cleaning. ∞ A display fitting system with no holes in the front makes hygiene easier between appointments (vector .DXF cut available + manual cut guide). ∞ For greater comfort in forehead support, using a foam wrapped with PVC plastic film is recommended to guarantee non-contamination of this comfortable material. However, foam is difficult to clean; discard the PVC plastic film after use.
