VexU 400rpm/ 1200rpm/ 3600rpm cartridges

To further help vexU teams make custom motor cartridges, I have created two more parts that go along with my previous release.[VexU Configurable Motor Cartridge]"gear lock.ipt" fits over the first stage of the vex motor cartridge and can be used to easily create a a 1200rpm or 3600rpm cart. This locks the first stage of the cartridge making the final ratio dictated only by the top reduction stage."gear sleeve.ipt" is a configurable inventor ipart that can be used to change the bottom stage of a motor cartridge. When doing this, either new holes need to be drilled into the mid section or a new mid section needs to be manufactured. The file for the customizable mid section can be found in my previous release. Additionally I have included 3 example cartridges for 400rpm, 1200rpm, and 3600rpm. "Slider.py" contains a python script for converting the desired motor rpm into a standardized cap color along the rainbow scale.
