I designed a replacement part for the vex motor that's a direct download from the VEX website as a STEP file, stripping away any unnecessary elements in the process. Additionally, I tightened up the screw mounts for added durability and hopefully, it'll meet your requirements. Print with supports upside down so they don't end up inside the housing and to ensure proper alignment. The print dimensions deviated slightly from the native dimensions provided in the STEP file. You can refer to my print specifications which resulted in the best fit - I opted for a length of 49.5 mm, just to get it right. If you want precise control over your printing experience, consider reducing the large hole for the motor as I had to do after some manual adjustments with a file.
