UPDATE: V3.4 - 2-1-18 Fixed vesa mount hole tolerancing to all for a better clearance fit with hardware on pt 1, ensuring a secure connection every time. Fixed 75 mm vesa mount hardware head toleranceing with case frame on pt 1, guaranteeing a smooth assembly process. UPDATE: V3.0 - 1-7-18 Improved alignment tolerancing of part 2 with the pi I/O ports, eliminating any potential issues. Added support for 75 x 75mm vesa screen mount, giving users more flexibility when mounting their screens. Added alignment blocks for easy case assembly, making it a breeze to put everything together. Improved mounting point hardware spacing, providing ample room for components. Improved SD Card access, making it easier to manage files and data. Improved visibility on match controller status lights, keeping you informed every step of the way. NOTE: part 1 and 3 from version 2.0 are compatible with part 2 of version 3.0, but may experience some cosmetic misalignment, so it's recommended to use only version 3.0 parts or only version 2.0 parts for a seamless experience. Raspberry pi 3 and vex robotics match controller mount is designed to attach to the back of the vex field monitor stand or standard 100 x 100 mm vesa screen mount or 75 x 75 mm vesa screen mount, giving users plenty of options. Part 1 and 2 are the essential components that make up the case. Part 3 (optional) is a customizable field identification tag that can be tailored to each event, with several options available. REQUIRED HARDWARE: 4x 8-32 x 7/8" socket head cap screws (attach case top and bottom shells) 2x 8-32 x 1/4" optional mounting hardware for part 3 4x 4-48 x 1/4" socket head cap screws (attach pi to case) 4x M4 x 0.7 x 8 mm socket head cap screws (attachment to vesa mount or field monitor bracket) Standard 8-32" VEX screws can be used to assemble the case. Using a M4 socket head cap screw could potentially replace the 8-32 machine screws, but this has not been personally tested yet. ASSEMBLY: Part 2 should have 4 clearance holes for 8-32 screws. Part 1 should have 4 interference fit holes for 8-32 screws to thread in securely. The 8-32" x 7/8" screws should slide through part 2 and the vex match controller, then thread into part 1, joining the top and bottom halves of the case together (see pictures).
