VEX ROBOT GRIPPER
grabcad
A special thanks is extended to Vex Robotics and Inventor Academy for offering the plans for this educational project at no cost. The project involved modeling in Solidworks 2016, rendering with Keyshot 6, and using Geartrax for SW 2016 to create functional gears. A printable file folder is included for a 3D printer, featuring the motor box only to allow easy use of any standard motor found. Remember to send photos if you print and make it work! The majority of components used were standard replacements from Solidworks toolbox without affecting the model's functionality. If you wish to create your own version, plans and requirements can be found in the Vex Gripper Source Plans folder - the rest is up to your skills. Have fun!
