VEX motor to Tetrix metal adapter
thingiverse
This adapter is used to integrate VEX 393 2-Wire motors on an Arduino-powered robot named O-bot. In a previous project, I mentioned this robot and plan to share images of all 3D printed parts for the O-bot and robot itself upon completion. The initial design had an issue where screws attaching the motor to the mount did not sufficiently connect to the base, causing it to tear off under high torque. Please use the updated file (VexMountMk4). I typically print this at .15mm layer height with 15-20% infill, 3 shells (~2 mm), and no supports on the original design and with supports added in the new design. Credit for the object's design goes to my O-bot building partner, who allowed me to upload them.
