Vex Gear to Lego Converision

This is a Vex 60 tooth gear combined with a Lego 6x6 round plate conversion piece. At our elementary school we use both and I wanted to create some conversion pieces to combine them. I adjusted the sizes to make the Lego bricks fit tight and filled in the Vex gear to avoid supports for the bottom and to better attach to the Lego plate. I've made over 40 of these for class and they've turned out well. You may need to adjust the stud sizes depending on your printer and material, as Lego has a small tolerance for gaps. Depending on your printer, you may need to clean the first layer of plastic around the holes on the bottom and around the gears. I squish my first layer down because it has a bit of detail that needs to stick, then I cut that lip off.
