VEX EDR 135 degree X-Drive Gusset

A crucial component for joining two VEX EDR 1" c-channels at a precise 135-degree angle is required. The primary objective is to facilitate the assembly of holonomic "X-Drive" drive trains seamlessly. We lack sufficient metal gussets, and it's preferable that they remain connected to their respective claw kits, so we designed and printed these connectors instead. Initially, there was a version with rounded corners, but by incorporating sharper corners, we were able to print this updated design without the need for support structures.
