This reworked model is a 42% scaled-down version, showcasing compatibility with Tamiya tank bases. The design features a dual gearbox setup running three road wheels, one sprocket, and one return per side (no idlers), fitting precisely over the gearbox. To mount it, drill two holes for the return wheels' axle. An Arduino Uno controls the tank, with a rough PING sensor mount on its spine. The creator has shared updates, including successful running and BT connectivity via TinySine board, controlled from a phone. V2 of the body includes a pod for an Arduino Nano and motor shield, with a glued sensor mount upfront, while a rear panel encloses the gearbox and battery. A little cleanup is needed after printing.
