<p>This is a Vestax Handy Trax tonearm by Flavour G'z from So Sharp Records.</p><p>Check post-print instructions.</p><p>You need:</p><p>-1 2mm diameter x 4mm large spring</p><p>-1 m3x15 or 16mm bolt for spring tension adjustment</p><p>-2 m2x3 or 4 mm bolt without head for counterweight.</p><p>-Copper piece of 22mm diameter and 14mm height (around 60gr weight) or use 7 2€ coins with the specific counterweight for it.</p><h3>Print Settings</h3><p><strong>Supports:</strong></p><p>Yes</p><p><strong>Resolution:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>0.15</p><p><strong>Infill:</strong></p><p>100%</p><p><br><strong>Notes:</strong></p><p>The tonearm has another structure where the headshell goes to have better quality of print, just eliminate, after print.</p><p>tonearm: triangles support touching buildplate 20%</p><p>counterweight: grid support touching buildplate</p><p>headshell: print upside with zigzag support everywhere, first layer height 0.1, first layer concentric.</p><h3>Post-Printing</h3><p>Drill a little bit the holes on the tension adjust, the bolt needs to pass free.</p><p>Adjust the tonearm counterweight for 0gr balance without tension on the spring and then add tension to the spring, use a scale to get 3g-4g.</p><p>For tonearm rest you can use a technics 1200 restarm as you can see in the pics.</p><p>Check the pictures of installation.</p><p><strong>sand the remaining support</strong></p><p><strong>drill a little bit</strong></p><p><strong>drill a little bit the two holes</strong></p><p><strong>place the spring holder, the bolt and the nut</strong></p><p><strong>Insert the cable</strong></p><p><strong>install the headshell</strong></p><p><strong>place the spring</strong></p><p><strong>fix the tonearm and put the counterweight</strong></p><p><strong>align the headshell using the surface of the turntable</strong></p><p><strong>Loose the tension of the spring loosening the bolt, adjust the counterweight for 0gr balance and then add tension to the spring, use a scale to get 3g-4g.</strong></p>
