This design replaced the Ender 3 v2 hotend assembly. It's built around this V6 adapter for the Creality printers: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08P8L29ZB (I know this is a KLEMCO knockoff, but I don't have an original Klemco adapter to test.) Great part cooling airflow provides much better bridging results than the stock Ender 3 v2 hotend. Forms a jet just below the nozzle. You'll have to figure out the wiring for the 3 5015 fans. I used perfboard to screw mount wires from the control board and 2.5mm molex connectors to split out the part cooling fan connectors in parallel. Hardware: 4 x M3 socket head screws for Orbiter adapter 2 x M3 nuts for Orbiter Adapter 2 x M3 countersunk screws for mounting fan shroud to V6 adapter 1 60mm M4 + M4 nut for 5015 fans The Orbiter v1.5 adapter body Fans: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B079BPS9Q8 Tested with the Phaetus DragonFly BMO hotend, but there's plenty of room in the fan shroud for a Dragon. I print in Cura 0.1mm layer height with supports and a brim.
