I designed this flywheel removal & mount tool specifically for my vespa smallframe equipped with Pinasco Flytech ignition. After printing, I carefully inserted some M6 25mm bolts into it using an extra taper technique to ensure a snug fit. If you're curious about whether this design will work on your vespa, the center distance between the M6 bolts is exactly 50.5 mm, and the opening diameter measures 27mm. I printed this tool with a sturdy base and walls that are 2mm thick, along with an infill of 20% to provide additional strength. The printing settings I used included a temperature of 210°C, a print speed of 100m/s, a travel speed of 120m/s, and a layer thickness of 0.3 mm. Despite my initial reservations about the draft settings, this tool turned out to be an excellent fit when I put it to use. While I may have overengineered its strength, it does need to withstand some force when removing and mounting the flywheel. Overall, I'm thrilled with how this design has worked out, and I'd love to hear your thoughts on it.
