My trusty Vespa has been relying on the same YUASA YTX7L-BS battery for five long years, but I knew its time was running out since batteries like that normally only last up to three years. So, without hesitation, I made an online purchase and picked up a brand new YTX12-BS battery, which measures 150mm x 87mm x 130mm in size. However, my excitement was short-lived as I soon discovered the battery I got was significantly larger than the one it replaced, prompting me to create a custom battery tray from scratch.
