VESC enclosure

VESC enclosure

thingiverse

I designed a custom VESC enclosure for my DIY electric longboard that features a solid design with no holes or cutouts, making it easier to add precise positioning and mounting of components during assembly. The enclosure includes four support standoffs with 3mm holes specifically designed for securing the VESC circuit board. The part was printed as a single unit on my Wanhao Duplicator i3 V2 3D printer using a layer height of 0.3mm and three perimeter shells, along with top and bottom layers, all in PLA material. Following printing, I sanded the part to smooth out any rough edges or surfaces, applied putty for added texture, and finally painted it a sleek black finish.
