VESCs 6 Mount for Trampa Holypro 35 Fits Other Models with Same Drilling Pattern. You can either print the mounting plate or use the drilling template. I built a carbon fiber plate and used the drilling template, as shown in the pictures. There are two versions of the plate: one with a hole for adding a heatsink and another without. The cover features two "windows" for an RGB LEDs ring and stick. The luminosity sensor is situated in the center of the ring and connected to an Arduino. The ring acts as a battery gauge, while the stick behaves like a rearlight/brakelight, similar to a car's rearlight. I printed the entire cover in transparent PETG with a thinner wall where the RGB LEDs are located. Then, I painted it black using a post-printing process. Note that the STL part provided does not have any text on the cover. However, you can customize your text using the Solidworks file included. I mounted the VESC 6 using heat paste, similar to what is used for CPUs in computers. In my opinion, this method may not be ideal if you are using a 3D-printed plate.
