Vesa Wall Mount (75x75 and 100x100 mm)
thingiverse
Human: Built a custom mount for my 27" monitor to get it perfectly aligned with the wall. The design allows for rotation, but that's its only feature. To ensure accurate tilt, I used washers under the monitor bolts. I chose 4 pieces of 16mm long and 4mm diameter bolts, but you may need to adjust depending on your monitor's size and weight. For the wall mount, use 4.5mm wood screws with a 90-degree head that are long enough and securely embedded in solid material. To hold the two parts together, I used an 8mm coach bolt or carriage bolt with a square neck, washer, and nut. The narrow space between ribs makes it easy to tighten the bolt and clamp the pieces together for added stability. My monitor weighs only 3kg, and printing it at 60% infill provided sufficient strength. The Fusion 360 file is included, allowing you to adjust custom parameters to create a mount of any size (75mm default). This way, I was able to easily update it to the desired dimensions for my 100mm version. Since I remade the design from the printed version, please test and verify that it fits together properly before using it. The wall part features screw holes in the form of slots, allowing you to adjust its position as needed without needing to re-screw it. However, be aware that I haven't tested this adjustment feature, so use your own judgment when deciding if the print will withstand your usage and hold your monitor securely.
