Angled for your viewing pleasure :) I took the measurements from the back of my monitor, modeled the bottom slanted piece. Then I took the original and slapped it on top and cut away the parts I didn't need. I also attached the original creators piece that goes on the wall side on this thing so you don't have to go find it. M4x16mm screws to hold the model to the monitor.
