I've designed an in-house solution for attaching a screen to a 4080 aluminium profile without any issues. I've successfully printed and mounted three screens on a 32-inch display without any problems. To ensure maximum strength, make sure the print comes out with support generated as it did when exported from STL format. Use at least 60-70% infill and cubic subdivision infill settings to achieve optimal results. This design fits snugly against the 4080 profile without any flex or sag, so be certain to calibrate your 3D printer accurately to get the best possible outcome.
