VESA Single or Dual Monitor Stand Using 1/2" Metal Conduit

thingiverse

This is a monitor stand designed for maximum flexibility with VESA 100x100 mounting holes that can accommodate a wide range of monitor sizes. The stand features four main holes sized specifically for M4 bolts and nuts, ensuring a sturdy base for even the largest monitors. The design allows for one or multiple monitor configurations, making it an ideal solution for home offices or gaming setups. I've taken extra precautions to ensure stability by sizing the main holes to fit 1/2" metal conduit, providing added security against accidental damage. I'm personally using this stand with a 21" and a 19" monitor, and it's been performing flawlessly for weeks without any issues. However, please note that I make no guarantees about its strength when used with larger monitors; use at your own risk. To address some of the minor design flaws, I've included two different wing nut/bolt holder pieces to prevent slipping during tightening. These optional components can be replaced with standard bolts and tightened using a wrench for added security. For optimal viewing angles, I've included both a plain mount and a 5-degree angled version. If you prefer an even greater angle, such as 15 degrees, this would likely provide the best results for your setup. The base of the stand is secured by four bolts (length dependent on mounting surface thickness) and four nuts, while each monitor requires eight bolts and four nuts (all M4 metric).
