VESA Mounts for 3/4" Pipe
thingiverse
I've revised my designs to incorporate M3 Nyloc nut pockets in place of tapping holes for the 100 Lite and 200 Vesa mounts. This approach is a significant improvement, as I've discovered that tapping can be unreliable and may damage a part during the design or 3D printing process. As a result, all future designs will feature these pockets and are already effective. A pack of eight M3 nuts costs less than $2 at Lowes. VESA mounts can be adapted for use with most screens by employing 3/4" pipe as the base support. When tapping holes by hand, it's essential to avoid using a drill due to the excessive heat generated and potential loss of structural integrity. Instead, tap slowly and steadily, backing out every couple of turns to clear debris. My child requested the red color scheme. Please use these designs at your own risk, as I've designed the structure to support up to 50 pounds, but I don't claim responsibility for any damage to your TV or monitor. ***Edit: FreeCad files are now available upon request.***
