VESA mount spacer
thingiverse
In an effort to declutter unwanted items, I decided to get rid of these VESA spacers that came with the monitor stand I finally acquired! Spacers are required for curved displays, along with extra-long metric bolts. The surplus bolts can be sorted and stored in my boxed set of metric hardware. So I created a digital model of one of the spacers, and saved it here in case I need them in the future. Then we can simply print some when needed. Wouldn't it be wonderful if we lived in a world with ultra-low-noise, super-high-resolution 3D scanners so we could easily digitize all plastic objects and recycle them, printing only what's necessary? This is similar to how I've managed paper waste over the last year or so. Specifications: Outer Diameter (O.D.) = 12.50 mm Inner Diameter (I.D.) = 5.90 mm Height = 13.0 mm
