Secure your laptop firmly to the back of your monitor using standard monitor mounting screws to keep it out of the way and off your cluttered desk. A solid VESA universal monitor mount caught my eye, and with some creative molding, I transformed it into a versatile laptop bracket that's incredibly simple to print, remarkably strong, and perfectly adaptable for various uses. After an update on September 2nd, 2016, I made the base lighter by using fewer materials, reducing its weight by 21%. This design tweak not only maintains strength but also promises faster printing times. My ultimate goal is to make everything stronger and more lightweight while minimizing material usage.
