VESA Extender for Intel Nuc 100 - 75
thingiverse
This is for using the Intel NUC VESA adapter on a monitor that has the VESA mount blocking the installation of the stock adapter. i.e. using a monitor arm. I've seen some adapters that allow you to bolt on the NUC without the stock adapter plate. But I like using the plate, because you can remove the NUC by sliding it upwards, instead of having to unbolt the monitor mounts. I've designed this to use the VESA 75 mounting holes on the NUC side, keeping the total length well under 230mm which is the size of the popular Ender 3 bed. The stock adapter will extend passed the 3D printed one. I've uploaded 2 versions, a 5mm thick version, with a 2mm counter sink to use screw head facing the monitor, to use a nut on the NUC side of the adapter plate. And a 6mm thick version with a 3mm countersunk hex nut hole Hope this helps someone out. The cheapest metal adapters cost $15AUD + postage. My first design/print wasn't perfect, the holes were too small. I've increased the sizes, so hopefully it works for you. Bare in mind, everyone's printer has different tolerances.
