This is a custom VESA adapter plate I designed in Autodesk Inventor to adapt my Sceptre 24-inch monitor with a 200mm x 100mm screw pattern to my existing monitor stand that has a 100mm x 100mm screw pattern. It measures just 6mm thick, and I printed it using 3mm walls with a 15% grid infill. Supports are only necessary to neatly print four socket head screw recesses that are 3mm deep. The cutouts were carefully designed to save filament without compromising strength, and the plate has holes for 4M screws with recesses on opposite sides for the hex socket screw heads. My Sceptre E24 monitors weigh in at 11.2 pounds, but these adapters should be able to handle up to 15 pounds; however, I make no guarantees since your prints may have varying levels of strength depending on settings and materials used.
