My neighbor required one for his display, but I could only locate one online that was 3D printed and for sale. This design needs to be widely available so people can print their own! So I recreated it based on fresh measurements - and it fits perfectly! This version is centered, whereas the one I printed for my neighbor had an offset of 55mm to lower the display. (image attached)
