VESA adapter - 200x100 to 100x100 or 75x75

I needed a VESA adapter and couldn't find exactly what I wanted... here is my solution. This adapter will allow a monitor/TV with a 200x100 VESA pattern to attach to a mount with 100x100 or 75x75 VESA pattern. The holes for the smaller VESA patterns have hexagonal recesses for 8-32 nuts. (Its what I had on hand to use - even though the VESA mounts will require M4 bolts in the 200x100 pattern) There are two versions. One is flat on both sides while one has 3mm standoffs on the larger VESA pattern. These are there in case you need a little clearance for the bolts/nuts on the smaller patterns. I printed mine at .2mm layer height in PLA on a CR-10. I used 25% hexagonal infill for a little extra rigidity. Seems to be more than rigid enough and has worked very well.
