I designed this adapter for a friend who needed enhanced adjustment options when using a fixed wall-mounted VESA-compatible arm, specifically one with a 75mm mount. With this adapter in place, users can now rotate their mounted screens by up to +/- 7.5 degrees. Additionally, the height of the screen can be adjusted as desired. I'm sharing this adapter in the hopes that it will prove useful for others who may have similar needs.
