We're now working on a video showcasing Version 2 of the mask, where we've reduced the Headband from 420mm to 261mm. This adjustment allows us to use only A4 size sheets, eliminating the need for A3 sized ones. Since no video is available yet, we're including a drawing that outlines the simple changes. To attach the headband, simply connect one of the top zip ties with a rubber band to the other. Version 2 features three rubber bands instead of two in this initial version. To make assembly even faster and more cost-effective, we'll be using staples instead of zip ties or fasteners. For home production, attach the template tool for 3D printer fabrication, enabling rapid cutting and hole punching. Several options are available for fastening the mask parts together: Laser cutting for plastic fasteners Simple zip ties assembly 3D printing technologies Home 3D printed parts are porous and do not meet hospital sterilization system requirements.
