Summary A remarkably slender iPhone 6 case with a precision-cut chamfered edge. This design served as a test of my iPhone 6 model created from technical drawings, allowing me to assess how closely the print can fit and identify the minimum thickness for a functional design. I designed this case primarily for entertainment purposes, acknowledging that it provides limited protection against damage. Print with PLA material. ABS will shatter and break due to its inherent brittleness. The print settings used were 0.2 mm layer height, 10-20% infill density, and a single outer shell. Instructions Print the case using PLA material. ABS is not recommended as it tends to crack and break under stress. Print at 0.2 mm layer height, achieve an infill density of 10-20%, and apply a single outer shell to complete the design.
