Very Simple Spool Holder/Axle

Create a 51mm spool holder/axle with holes for a 3/4-inch dowel rod. It features six circumference rods, one longer center rod, and four adjustable legs. Customize the axle width and leg length to your preference. Print using Printrbot+, Pronterface, and Slic3r at layer heights of 0.3mm, 3 solid layers, 3 perimeter layers, and 20% fill with rectilinear support for easy removal. After printing, print two sides, remove the support material, cut dowel as needed, and use sandpaper for a perfect fit if required.
