Very simple PCB vise

Very simple PCB vise

thingiverse

The vise consists solely of 3 distinct 3D printed components and 2 M6 threaded rods with 6 nuts – it's extremely easy to manufacture one. Four out of the six nuts feature additional printed knobs that fit snugly onto them. The vise boasts V-shaped grooves compatible with PCBs up to 2.5 mm thick. A PCB can be mounted in any of four planes (tilted, vertical, horizontal). Additionally, there are holes for cylindrical neodymium magnets measuring 10 x 4 mm at the bottom – also designed for "press-fit". This vise was created to be relatively simple to print on a 3D printer. It's quite compact – only 75 mm in width and 32 mm in height so it doesn't occupy much valuable space in your workshop.
