Very Simple Compact Battery Holders

Edited 2.7.18.Added AA version with tapered walls to take greater range of battery diameters. Still working on AAA taper version. 3.7.18 AAA taper walls version added. Should fit most batteries now. If not, adjust by scaling up or down. Apparently there is a risk of fire if batteries are not stored properly. I was sorting all my batteries and decided I needed something to store them properly. I designed these simple bands to hold batteries in place, then checked if any similar designs were already uploaded online. I was surprised to find several existing designs, but mine remains the simplest and most compact option available. It's also great for holding batteries together to check terminals for charge status. Unfortunately, there is variation in battery diameters, and some may be too tight for this design. I am actively working on a solution to this problem and hope to upload a revised version soon. I have one version designed for 12 AAA cells and another for AAs. Each should print in approximately 20 minutes.
