This is an easy one for the SainSmart LCD Smart controller 12864. It's very uncomplicated with a top and bottom that simply snap together and should stay that way thanks to their own friction. The attached OpenSCAD file has detailed comments in case you want to modify it. The design includes modules for the front case, back case, knob, and two buttons, one of which is the shorter emergency stop button. Initially, I struggled with the original dimensions because I believe that PLA shrinks when cooled down, so make sure to check the measurements against a caliper. If you choose to print the entire device, keep in mind it uses very little material - consider printing and then tweaking the OpenSCAD file according to your own specific shrinkage rates if necessary.
