Vertical Support for Dremel Tool

Vertical Support for Dremel Tool

I designed this support to keep your Dremel rotatory tool standing upright and used it that way. It consists of two parts: a flat base at the back and a tool holder. Two versions of this holder exist, one uses the standard cap included with most Dremel tools, while the other utilizes the cap from the Detailer's Grip Attachment 577. This attachment is highly recommended if you don't already have it - its usefulness is undeniable. Only one of these holders is necessary. The base can be nailed or screwed to a table, but I suggest using clamps instead and avoiding drilling into your workspace. The two parts can be held together with a screw or glue. Alternatively, both pieces can be printed as a single unit, but this will require significant support. Future plans include adding a small worktable that holds pieces horizontally, which is why the pill-shaped holes are designed for that purpose. I also intend to design a longer and larger custom cap, but so far, it works as intended. I hope you find this useful.
