Vertical Stand for CISCO 800 Series Routers
prusaprinters
This is my first design of a vertical stand for Cisco 800 Series routers. The manufacturer does not offer such accessories, so I decided to design one myself. The inner dimension of the width is 46 mm. The router's height is 44 mm without the rubber feet so I hope it fits. Update Version V2: Here's a new, lighter version of the Cisco 800 Series vertical stand. Now, the big pillars are much higher to provide more stability and I´ve added 4 mm holes to fix the router with screws or something, if you don´t trust the stand. I´ve printed it in Fillamentum Rapunzel Silver PLA and Aprintapro Printament Lime Green. The printtime was 8h. Print instructionsCategory: Computer Print Settings Printer Brand: Prusa Printer: i3 MK2S Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.20 mm Infill: 10 % Notes: I've made the model with Fusion 360 and the support in Meshmixer. "Cisco-print1.obj" is the model from Meshmixer without support. "Cisco-print2.obj" is only the support. The ETA in Slic3r PE 140.0.0-Alpha1 with 10 % gyroid-infill (only in Cisco-print1.obj), no infill and no "Ensure vertical shell-thickness" in cisco-print2.obj was 15h 22min. How I Designed This The model was built for the most part from the company logo I have not printed this model yet, so I can not say if the concept works and the low height is enough to keep the router vertical...but I'm confident.
