04/03/2017 Added a longer 40mm mount to give me clearance on my FT 2020 I3. 10/22/2016 Updated back lash arm for clearance issues that I was having with arm 2. Made the arm with a 3mm nut slot to lock the arm in place. 10/20/2016 Update to spool holder. I was having issues when running full rolls on my FT-5, the filament would come off the spool with large fast movements. I added a few updates to help with this issue. I call it a back lash arm. I wanted a spool holder that was quick and easy to change the spool. It also needed to be compact. I wanted to mount multiple rolls on my FT Kossel 2020 and my FT-5. I came across just the thing I needed ( http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1468552 ) and made a few changes to it and several additions. Instead of mounting it horizontally, I went vertical to save room. The roll balances on the mount and is actually very stable. There are small friction surfaces on it to help keep the roll from unwinding. You can put it on the end of 2020 channel or the optional straight and corner mounts. I added an optional filament guide. Parts list: 1 - 608Z bearing 2 - 5mm thread x 10mm long cap screws for corner and straight mounts 2 - 5mm channel nuts for 2020 Print Settings Printer: Folgertech Kossel 2020 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.3 Infill: 20%
