I was looking for a more creative spin on a solid design. I chose PETG for the holder and PLA for the axle and nut, opting for a threaded connection over clips instead. The result is a sleeker look that still functions seamlessly. To give you even more flexibility, I've included both single-color and multi-color .stl files for the axle, allowing you to choose the perfect finish for your project. For those who want to take their design to the next level, I've also included the original Fusion 360 files. This way, you can modify and customize the design to fit your unique needs. One of my favorite features is the use of spool hubs from Vincent Groenhuis's Universal Auto-Rewind Spool Holder. Not only do they add a touch of elegance, but they also make it easy to manage your filament with ease.
