This is kind of a "bespoke" outlet cover for a unique install. Works for two Home Depot nail in standard plastic outlet covers mounted directly on top of each other-actually touching. This allowed us to install the switch directly above the outlet in the bathroom- which has very limited space. The cover is two pieces: The part that screws into the switches then the cover that snaps over and hides the mounting screws. I added step files so you can modify for your own install.
