Vertical Monitor Stand (HP 22er)
thingiverse
HP has made some fantastic slim-form monitors, but they are not engineered for vertical mounting at all. Some other users have designed VESA adapters for this brand of monitor, but I worried about the structural mechanics since all of the weight is bottom-loaded. I designed these simple "feet" to hold it vertical. Here is the monitor I am using: https://www.amazon.com/HP-22er-21-5-inch-Backlit-Monitor/dp/B01F6V6SSK I have the 22 inch version. This may work with other sizes as well, but I have no way to confirm this. This DOES put load on the edge of the monitor which may not be safe long-term, but it is fulfilling its need for me at the moment. I consider it MUCH safer than the "vesa adapters" out there, but I am NOT responsible for any potential damage to a monitor with use of this design. I hope you enjoy!
