Rather than rotating your Dremel to align with the bolt, utilize these brackets to fasten your tool to The Little Bolt Hobbit so you can slide your Dremel up and down directly, simplifying the process of positioning the cutting wheel at the center of the bolt. This should also result in a thinner cut. Adjust the settings in the SCAD file according to your Dremel holder's bolt spacing for customization of length, width, and channel width for sliding bolts/screws in. Note that these files are only designed for extension brackets and are meant to be used with The Little Bolt Hobbit by Elk, which can be found here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:23717. This idea came about because I needed to make 16 cuts on a M8 bolt with a 32-tooth wheel due to the thickness of my Dremel's cutting discs, making it impossible for 32 cuts in one go.
