Hi ! this thing is a vertical kitchen roll. I made it to have a smooth rotation, wich make the use of kitchen towel easier. for assembling, you needs to put the roll on the base and then glue the cap on the base. It's a minimalist holder, so it may need to be fixed with blue tack. it's made for kitchen_roll with a 44mm inner-diameter. I hope it will fit your wishes.
