Vertical HF multiband wipe antenna for ham radio.
thingiverse
Hi, this is my vertical HF antenna for field activation purposes like SOTA or POTA. This construction is really stable itself but in windy conditions you can need some tent pegs or a simple stones to fasten it to the ground. This is a list of parts you have to buy to make it work: - 5,6 meters wipe antenna rod - fi10mm pipes ( alluminium is the best choise) - 3 pieces 60cm each - UHF SO239 female connector - 20m 22AWG cable - 4 times 5m each (3m works fine as well) - M10 nut with flange - few M3 screws ( best choise is DIN 7991 norm) - 2 electrical ring connectors You can easy unfold that antenna under 2 minutes and work with 100W of output power. In addition you can tune it down to 2m band by shortening radiator. I hope you'll enjoy that antenna as i do.
