Vertical Frame brace, Tronxy P802ma
thingiverse
Since my Tronxy is a different size than the Anet, none of the Anet-specific brackets I found would fit my machine perfectly. This bracket measures exactly 266mm from one horizontal connecting edge to the other, not counting the side supports. Its design ensures a friction fit between the upper and lower horizontal panels behind the lead screws and guides, which on my machine are spaced 265.87mm apart. To install it, gently tap it in from the side while loosening the screws on that side will help a bit. The left-side bracket requires removal of the X-axis stepper to fit into place correctly. Before installation, make sure to check the inside of the connecting surfaces for any blobs as they would affect the fit. Depending on your printer's actual size and capabilities, minor tweaks may be necessary, but this should not require excessive effort. The parts of the brackets that push against the vertical supports are located on their back sides, making them invisible from view. Engineering Note: Technically, any friction-fit piece will gradually loosen due to vibration exposure, but I believe this one is quite solid since it is squeezed between three different surfaces at each end. If your vertical pieces have holes in them, you can run a few small zip ties through the holes and around the bracket to add some additional tension and ensure a secure fit. Print Settings: Printer: Tronxy P802ma Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.20 Infill: 25% Tetrahedral Notes: Printed at 210 / 55 using Hatchbox black PLA on a 220x220 bed with .8mm sides and top. Be aware that CURA will automatically scale down the model, so you'll need to return it to 100% and adjust it to fit perfectly with a 2mm skirt. My print priming skirt went over the corner of the print bed by about a mm, but the actual print was solid and just inside the edge of the plate. I printed at 25% fill, which seems sufficient.
