The VAL Autolift vertical conveyor is a versatile solution for medium to heavy loads, featuring folding trays attached to chains via special hinges. With strict PLC control, it feeds these trays through separating and feeding conveyors. This system can handle up to 750kg per tray over distances of up to 10 meters at rates of 5-10 packs per minute based on load weight, travel distance, and goods being transported. A robust safety interlock system ensures both personnel and cargo security.
