The final project for my higher school ITCH engineering studies involved designing a large-scale bucket elevator with a chain speed of 85 m/min. The project utilized Pumocita or pumice as the material, and was completed collaboratively by a team of three members: Jesús Chávez, Iran López, and Víctor Rivera. Key components, such as a 30 HP Nema 286T motor, were sourced from MC Master Carr, with catalogs used for dimensioning purposes. Additionally, e-drawings, .step files, and an Excel file containing memory calculations were utilized in the project's completion.
