Vertical Blinds Components (Rope Roller, End Control, Wall Bracket, Blind Piece)

Several key parts were damaged or missing on our vertical blinds in the kitchen. I took numerous measurements and designed multiple versions until all the pieces fit together flawlessly. I applied White Lithium Grease to lubricate any moving parts. The parts modeled are small roller wheels that allow the rope to roll smoothly, a bracket holding the control rope in tension, and an end control piece facilitating the overall function of the blinds. Some slight warping occurred on some roller wheels, preventing them from rolling perfectly, so I adjusted settings until they were normal. I also printed the wheels sideways, allowing for greater mechanical strength when the user pulls on the rope. The wall bracket and end control piece used supports, which were easy to remove. The controller piece was printed with the side where gears are inserted facing down. After a week of use, everything is running smoothly. I ordered replacement rope from McMaster Carr, listed below. I also uploaded the part that slides into the blinds, clipping into the rail. https://www.mcmaster.com/3852T11 Another week of continued use and everything remains perfect. I added new pictures for the blind clip components.
