Vertical Blind Vane Repair Clip

I'm having trouble with one of the vanes on my sliding door vertical blinds - it broke at the same spot it always does, where it attaches to the clips. I checked online for clip designs but couldn't find anything that worked well for me. Most of the repair parts on this site are designed for fabric blinds, while mine are PVC faux wood style. To design a working clip, I created one with a slight curve to match the vane shape, as a straight piece would probably crack from stress. This clip should work with 1mm thick PVC vertical blind vanes. Print it in the same orientation shown in the pictures, with just a little support on the build plate as shown. If you need to adjust the fit, scale it up or down slightly. I've had great results with this design. UPDATE: After making some of these clips for my daughter's blinds, which are 1.6mm thick, I realized that my original design didn't work well. So, I uploaded a new version designed specifically for 1.6mm thick vanes.
